Through the tong’stransformation rule and its related factors to provide the basis for clinicalsyndrome differentiation and to portend the disease’s prognosis.Method：Choose339children of liaoning university of chinesd medicinehospital’s children’s ward from January2010to May2011,and Meet the diagnosisof children’s pneumonia.The retrospective study method should be used to analyse274cases’s tong feature of children’s pneumonia of Phlegm-heat closed lungsand observe the main time of the tong’s transformation.Meanwhile analysethe influence degree of the age、recurrent respiratory tract infection、eczema and incipient。Results：1. In the children’s pneumonia of Phlegm-heat closed lungs,the nurseling andpreschoolers are in the majority.above85%.In all ages, nurseling’stong feature that the tongue nature and the fur turning to normal arethe most obvious and variation range is biggest.2. The percentage of the thick fur turn to the thin fur （67%）is more than theyello fur tuning to the white fur （25%） in the children withrecurrent respiratory tract infection, and eczema the percentage of thethick fur turn to the thin fur （88%）is also more than the yello fur tuningto the white fur （28%）3. The main tong feature of children’s pneumonia of Phlegm-heat closed lungsis red tongue(82%),more than the percentage of fur pale red(1.4%),withyellow（83.6%）、thick（44.5%）、 greasy fur（16.4%）. Less of them is less fur（0.7%）or exfoliative fur（4.0%）.4. As the illness get better,most of red tongue with yellow, thick, greasyfur turn into the pink tongue with thin and whitish fur, a few of them turninto dark purple tongue, The time point that the tongue nature turn tonormal is later than the fur.Most of the red tongue is turning into the pinktongue(27.4%),less of the red tongue is turning into dark purple tongue(1.4%).The percentage of the thick fur turning to the thin fur is58.2%, thepercentage of the yello fur tuning to the white fur is29.7%, The percentageof the greasy fur turning to the thin fur is55.6%, The percentage of thethick fur turning to less fur or exfoliative fur are8.2%and5.7%.Conclusion：1. Different age has its unique tong feature. The percentage of the yello furtuning to the white fur is more than the percentage of the thick fur turn tothe thin fur with the increase of age. Proved that the internal heat is moreeasier to clearance than the turbid phlegm.2. The children with recurrent respiratory tract infection or eczema have theirunique tong feature, which may inprove that the internal heat turbid phlegm ismore difficult to clearance.we can Infer that the children has internal heatare more easier to suffered from the disease of respiratory system,and directturning into heart.3. The time point of the tongue nature turn to normal is later than the fur.4. The children’s pneumonia of Phlegm-heat closed lungs has its unique tongfeature.5. The time point of the the tong’s transformation is above the same in differentinfluencing Factors.
