| The HMP is derived from the Storesin recorded in the famous Taiping Huiminand the Bureau agents of Song Dynasty. In the1970s, based on the refined originalprescription, the HMP was produced through the modern scientific processingtechnology. Nowadays, it has been recognized by both the patients and doctors,and has become the first choice for the treatment of coronary heart disease.The HMP has been researched and studied doctors, home and abroad, from variousperspectives, and related documents are rich. However, there lacks of specificdiscussions on the basic theories, prescription analysis and clinicalregulations. Therefore, this thesis will take the basic theories, prescriptionanalysis and clinical regulations of the HMP researches as the starting point,and find out the application regulations, so as to have a better guidance toclinical practice.Aims: This thesis takes the clinical documents on HMP’s curative effect ofthe treatment of coronary heart disease as research objects, which were publishedin core journal between the years of2000and2011. Through the studies on therelated documents, this thesis hopes to find out reliable characteristics andregulations of HMP in its treatment of coronary heart disease so as to providereferences for the clinicians.Methods: Through the studies and researches on the clinical documents on HMP’s curative effect of the treatment of coronary heart disease published between2000and2011in core journal, to make statistical analysis and qualityevaluation to both the qualified and unqualified documents.Results: there are forty documents studied in this thesis. And most of themare published in the eastern areas. These documents are on two categories andfive types of coronary heart disease. The research direction is focused on stableangina pectoris, unstable angina pectoris, and acute myocardic infarction. Onthe aspect of TCM differentiation, the doctors are in agreement that the HMP is effective in chest apoplexy caused by QDBS or stagnant blockade of heart blood.There are3682samples involved in the documents. Most of the documents realizedthe importance of baseline data, the average age of the patients in the documentsis60.04. And the male to female ratio is1.42to1. Half of the documents involvedthe application of statistical methods, and among which, the t-test is used most.10documents applied exclusion criteria,16clarified coronary heart disease,and19involved the Clinical diagnostic evaluation standard. On the aspect oftherapeutic effect index,53indexes are involved in these documents, and theAngina symptoms index and Electrocardiogram ischemic index are used most often.19documents analyzed the therapeutic effects, which included8categories.Among them, the Electrocardiogram curative standard and Angina pectoris curativestandard were used in most of the cases. The Efficacy evaluation ratings aremainly obvious effective, effective, and ineffective.24documents adopted thestochastic contrast method.3documents adopted the method of Blinding. And thereare three ones involved in the “loss to follow up” or withdrawing. Finally,according to the Jadad scale, all of the documents are in low quality.Conclusion: The documents on the effect of HMP to cure the coronary heartdisease are generally in low quality, and the effectiveness of HMP needs furthersupport by documents of high quality. The diagnostic criteria and therapeuticeffects of Chinese patent drugs treating coronary heart disease need to beunified and regulated. The core design elements in the clinical researches needsto be payed more attention, and the right clinical research methods still needto be popularized. |
