Objective: By systemic arrangement of ancient and modern literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to analyze the pathogenesis and medication rules of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease.Methods: In research of the ancient literature, the passages of the relevant pathogenesis, manifestation, symptoms and therapies are collected and arranged in order to inherit the essence of traditional Chinese medicine. In research of the modern Chinese medicine, keywords analysis with Cite Space Ⅲ is to present the outline of the hotspot areas, and statistic analysis of prescription is to study medication rules.Results: A lot of relevant Chinese ancient literature described the similar manifestation is in the name of Xiongbi, Xintong and so on. The pathogenesis contends asthenia healthy qi and sthenia pathogenic factor. In asthenia healthy qi, Yang deficiency is more important. According to sthenia pathogenic factor, there is qi stagnation, phlegm, blood stasis, cold coagulation, hot junction and so on. The treatment includes warming Yang, tonifying qi, nourishing Yin, promoting the circulation of qi, eliminating phlem, invigorating the circulation of blood, etc.In the study of modern literature, the most common pathogenesis keyword is asthenia healthy qi and blood stasis, prescription is Buyang Huanwu decoction, treatment is invigorating the circulation of blood, drug is Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
