Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Type Kidney Golden Soup Bladder Disease Clinical Research Excessive Activity

Object i ve:Treating those patients with Kidney deficiency type of the Overactive bladder with Jin gui shen qi tang combined Tolterodine, Observes the result and to explore the clinical effectiveness and security of Jin gui shen qi tang treating the Overactive bladder.Methods:With the randomized and controlled method,68patients with Kidney deficiency type of the Overactive bladder were selected, All patients were fall into two groups,34cases in one test group (Jin gui shen qi tang combined Tolterodine), while34cases in a control group (Tolterodine). All the patients who in the first week have been checked fit for the diagnose standard can take part in the next4weeks’ treatment. We will assess the therapeutic effects by observing the improvements of the TCM Syndrome marks, the Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS), the international prostate symptom score (I-PSS), voiding symptoms on quality of life (QOL) and maximum uroflow rate (MFR) changes of detection before and after the treatment.All results are statistically analyzed with SPSS19.0, and P≤0.05show there is a significant difference, having statistical sense.Results:In the test groups which include32case.There are4cases achieve clinical recovery (12.5%),14cases have marked effective (43.8%),13cases have effective (40.6%),and1cases are inefficacy (3.1%), The rate of total effective is96.9%.Compared to control groups which have31case. There are1cases achieve clinical recovery (3.2%),7cases have marked effective (22.6%),11cases have effective (35.5%),and12cases are inefficacy (38.7%), The rate of total effective is61.3%.the total significant difference has statistical sense (P<0.05), In the areas of the TCM Syndrome marks, the Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS), the international prostate gland symptom grade (Ⅰ-PSS), the urination symptom to quality of life influence (QOL) and maximum uroflow rate (MFR),both groups show significant improvements after the treatment (P<0.05). There are also have statistical sense (P<0.05) between the test groups and control groups. Conclusion:The Jin gui shen qi tang can obviously alleviate the symptoms of Kidney deficiency type of the Overactive bladder. Treating thoses patients with Tolterodine could get precise clinical efficacy. It could be improve the TCM Syndrome marks, the Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS), the international prostate symptom score (I-PSS), and the quality of life (QOL) effectively.Also improve the maximum uroflow rate (MFR) bviously.Also remission thoses clinlcal symptom preferable, improve the quality of life, abbreviate the course of Overactive Bladder. And no serious adverse events and side effects be find in the test up to now. So the Jin gui shen qi tang is a compound preparation safe and effective, and it is a good choice to treat this disease.
