Analyze Study On Efficacy Of Irrigation Of Bladder Of Lidocaine And Verapamil Therapy For Female Overactive Bladder

Objectives:To analyze the efficacy of irrigation of bladder of lidocaine,irrigation of bladder of verapamil,electrical stimulation-assisted pelvic floor muscle training,pelvie floor muscle training and drug therapy for overactive bladder(OAB)in female. Method:101 female patients with OAB were randomly divided into A,B,C,and D groups to be treated with irrigation of bladder of lidocaine,irrigation of bladder of Verapamil,orally taking tolterodine and pelvie floor muscle training as drug therapy respectively.Using the urine diaries and AUA urinary symptoms seores to evaluate the efficacy of each therapy for OAB. Result:By evaluating the clinical effects of each therapy according to the Patients'Post-treatment symptoms,the results demonstrated that the effective rate and cure rate were 69.6% and 30.4% in group A,68.2% and 31.8% in group B,60.0% and 25.0% in group C,22.2% and 11.1% in group Drespectively.The effective rates of both groups A and B were higher than group D(P<0.05),while there was no difference among groups A,B,and C. Comparing the scores of AUA urinary symptoms before and after treatment in each group,the results showed the four therapies all have a significant efficacy for OAB(P<0.05). Among four groups,the improvements of clinical symptoms of groups A and B were much higher than group C(P<0.05)but there was no statistically significant difference between groups A B and C(P<0.05). Conelusion:All of the four treatments irrigation of bladder of lidocaine,irrigation of bladder of Verapamil,pelvie floor muscle training and orally taking tolterodine have efficacy for female′s overactive bladder(OAB),the efficacy of combined effective than behavioral treatment for overactive bladder(OAB)in female individually.
