Autism is a developmental disorder which involves communication, language, and behavior disorders as main symptoms. Most autism is boys, get sick in toddlers. For rehabilitation in autism, early diagnosis and interventions are very essential.Based on the review of the concepts, structures, measurements and applied researches of autistic children’s ability of information comprehension and expression, established "Information Comprehension and Expression Rating Scale for Autistic Children", had121autistic children assessed by this rating instrument to explore the characteristics of the autistic children’s ability of information comprehension and expression and selected108autistic children to accept the training curriculums which lasted for3months. All the data collected was analyzed by spss17.0to examine the effectiveness of the tools. Established training courses to develop ability of information comprehension and expression for autistic children, tested the effect of training by practice. The results of this study are summarized as follows:Firstly, Information Comprehension and Expression Rating Scale for Autistic Children has good reliability and validity, it can be applied for autism research and education. Secondly, age of autistic children has a significant impact on comprehension and Expression Composite information, the older have the higher level. Duration of training for children with autism has a significant impact on the ability of information comprehension and Expression, training for longer time can reach a higher development level. Boys with autism have a higher level than girls with autism in information comprehension and expression. Finally, the design and implementation for the training courses have received good results, autistic children’s information comprehension and expression abilities have improved significantly.
