Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Clinical Studies

Purpose: Through this study, to explore the surgical treatment for the security of LDH and near and long term, and to analyze the possible influence factors, to provide reference for clinical treatment of diseaseMethod: The diagnosis of60cases of LDH patients, after local anesthesia, PLDD treatments. According to the possible factors are:less than forty-five years and more than forty-five years of age group group; according to PLDD intraoperative laser energy level is divided into more than1000J group and less than1000J group. Each of the patients after13weeks of follow-up. The symptoms, signs, complications and curative effect were compared before and after.Result: Through3months of follow-up observation, the success was in60patients before treatment, VAS value of7.66±0.72,3.61±0.87after treatment (P <0.05) was statistically significant; before treatment, straight leg raising angle of47.45±9.22, after treatment was64.20±8.94(P <0.05) was statistically significant; total the excellent and good rate was85%; in which age>45years old group total effective rate was77.42%, age≤45group of excellent and good rate of93.10%different age groups, the excellent and good rate was significantly (P <0.05); PLDD with energy greater than1000focal groups up to seventy-eight point one three percent efficiency, less than1000focus group of seventy-eight point five seven percent. No difference in P>0.05. Postoperative hospitalization and follow-up of all patients without severe pain and symptom exacerbation, nerve injury and complications such as infection of intervertebral disc.Conclusion:The surgery is a minimally invasive, safe, less pain postoperative. Patients below45years group therapy is more effective than age in patients over45years group, in700J-1400J laser energy range, laser energy level of the clinical curative effect of PLDD had no effect on.
