The Research Of Detection And Clinical Significance About Chronic Prostatitis And Asthenospermia Seminal Plasma MDA, SOD

Objectives:Discuss the mechanism for Chronic Prostatitis on sperm motility influence and seek for the possible clinical indicators and detection methods.Methods:On300cases of prostatitis screening and routinne semen analysis. Which can be divided into chronic prostatitis and sperm motility abnomal group(group A, n=80), chronic prostatitis and sperm motility nomal group (B group80cases), chronic prostatitis with abnormal sperm group (group C, n=80) and healthy controls (D group in60cases).300cases of residual semen specimens were MDA、SOD detection. The results will compared in group of two,each of the two pair.Results:A group and Bgroup,A group and C group,A group and D group,MDA content statistics to compare the P value were0.010,0.002,0.017,SOD content comparison of statistics P=0.033,<0.01,<0.01,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). B group and C group, B group and D group, MDA content statistics to compare the P value were0.572,0.943, SOD content to compare the P value were0.125,0.070, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), C group and D group MDA content comparison of statistics P value is0.664,the content of SOD statistics to compare the P value is0.653, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1、Chronic prostatitis can cause seminal plasma MDA levels increased,but the activity of SOD decreased.2、MDA in semen in content increased,and decreased the content of SOD can lead to a decrease in sperm motility. 3、MDA、SOD detection as a possible differential chronic prostatitis and asthenospermia patients decrease in sperm motility is due to chronic prostatitis caused a method.
