Objective:to explore the relationship between different type of TCM syndrome with common physicochemical indexes of115cases of MS patients in Beijing Hospital.Thro ugh the data mining to further explore MS pathogenesis evolution, clear qi stagnant, blood stasis pathology of the essence and may result in modern medical commonly u sed many inspecting indicator, in order to MS TCM syndrome differentiation of object ive, micro road find, for the disease of combining traditional Chinese and western m edicine in clinical reference. Methods:according to "Guidelines for clinical research new Chinese medicine",law of "the People’s Republic national standard "Chinese clinical diagnosis and treatment of t erm syndrome, combined with the reports in the literature, clinical observation, syndrom e differentiation into qi stagnant, yin deficiency’s hotness,qi and Yin deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis four types. To collect MS patients’general situation and clinical mat erial, design the same forms records, statistical analysis of the patient’s general mater ial, different Chinese medicine diagnosis and classification of general situation and hist ory of comparison, analysis the relationship between types and commonly used physi cochemical indexes.Results:1,115cases of MS patients in old ages group complication proportion of63.5%.2,115cases with fatty liver in MS patients complication proportion of73.0%.3, according to age grouped, phlegm and blood stasis> qi stagnant group> qi and yin deficiency group>yin deficiency’s hotness group. Which qi and yin deficiency grou p and phlegm and blood stasis is significant difference (P<0.05);Which yin deficienc y’s hotness group and phlegm and blood stasis group is significant difference (P<O.05).4, according to BMI grouped, qi stagnant group>phlegm and blood stasis group> qi and yin deficiency group>yin deficiency’s hotness group.Which yin deficiency’s hotne ss group and qi stagnant group have significant difference (P<0.05).5, according to pulse pressure difference grouped, phlegm and blood stasis group>wi thout phlegm and blood stasis group, the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).6, according to the duration of diabetes grouped, phlegm and blood stasis group>qi a nd yin deficiency group>qi stagnant group>yin deficiency’s hotness group,Which qi and yin deficiency group and yin deficiency’s hotness group have significant difference (P <0.05); yin deficiency’s hotness group and phlegm and blood stasis group have sign ificant difference (P<0.05);phlegm and blood stasis group and qi stagnant group hav e significant difference (P<0.05).7, according to the course of high blood pressure grouped, phlegm and blood stasis group>without phlegm and blood stasis group, the two groups have significant differe nce (P<0.01).8, according to the situation with coronary heart disease grouped, phlegm and blood stasis group>without phlegm and blood stasis group, the two groups have very signifi cant difference (P<0.01).9, according to FPG grouped, qi and yin deficiency group>qi stagnant group> yin defi ciency’s hotness group>phlegm and blood stasis group,Which qi and yin deficiency gro up and phlegm and blood stasis group have significant difference (P<0.05).10, according to2hPBS grouped,qi and yin deficiency group>phlegm and blood stasis group> yin deficiency’s hotness group>qi stagnant group,Which qi and yin deficiency g roup and phlegm and qi stagnant group have significant difference (P<0.05).11, according to triglycerides (TG) grouped, without phlegm and blood stasis group> phlegm and blood stasis group, the two groups have significant difference (P<0.01).12, according to the d-dimer (D-D) grouped, phlegm and blood stasis group> withou t phlegm and blood stasis group, the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).13, according to peripheral artery B grouped, phlegm and blood stasis group has the higher proportion of appearing carotid plaques, carotid artery stenosis, lower limb ar tery plaque, lower limb artery stenosis than the group without phlegm and blood sta sis;phlegm and blood stasis group has the higher proportion of appearing Carotid art ery plaque and lower limbs at the same time than the other group;the group withou t phlegm and blood stasis has the higher proportion of not appearing Carotid artery plaque and lower limbs at the same time. The two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:1, Old kidney empty is MS development intrinsic factors, and later empty caustic the key variable card.2, MS complications with fatty liver has the proportion of73.0%.3, In this subject research, phlegm and blood stasis group is the type of MS witness often type.4, MS TCM syndrome type evolution and diabetes, high blood pressure disease cours e related, and IR correlation degree is not big,"turbidity/yu, Heat, deficiency, a loss "is just one of the complex pathogenesis evolution model.5, Qi stagnant group has the highest BMI and is significant difference to yin deficienc y’s hotness group(P<0.05), the HOMA-IS is the minimum, insulin sensitivity is the w orst.6, The qi and yin deficiency group and qi stagnant group have higher IR level than y in deficiency’s hotness group and phlegm and blood stasis group;qi and yin deficiency group is the result of the development of yin deficiency’s hotness group;qi and yin deficiency group is IR serious resistance, blood sugar level control of poor stage;phleg m and blood stasis group has the lowest level of HOMA-β, belongs to the disease la ter, the function of low level state, IR performance for deeper meaning.7, MS with the group of phlegm and blood stasis is closely related to peripheral arte rial sclerosis type, coronary heart disease.
