Recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) is the common disease in p-ediatrics;It refers to the time unit of upper and lower respiratory tract infections attack more than a set amount of a clinical syndrome. Promoting blood and Activating Spleen, Qi deficiency and blood stasis in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection achieved very good results.Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the recipe of Benefiting Qi.Promoting blood and Activating Spleen for RRTI; Classified of TCM Constitution on children with RRTI and to discuss the relationship between Chinese medicine physique types in children with RRTI and their general condition; explore the Characteristic about Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis in child with immunglobulin and t-lymphocyte subsets, trace elements and hemoglobin for the purpose of discussing RRTI and the immunity, the trace element and so on the relevance.Method:62cases are selected who meet the critera of the RRTI and divided them into two groups according the corporeity(Qi-deficiency corporeity and other corporeity), observed the two types of constitutions and gender, feeding history, mother’s mode of delivery, a history of hypersensitivity.62cases were randomly divided into treatment group (32cases) and control group (30cases), treatment group were treated with the recipe of Benefiting Qi,Promoting blood and Activating Spleen, the contral group with YuPing Feng San, observed children with symptoms and laboratory parameters before and after treatment. The data obtained used SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis processing. Results:1. The child who diagnosis RRTI,majority is those Qi-deficiency corporeity (56.5%);2. Qi-deficiency corporeity and gender, feeding history, mother’s mode of delivery, a history of hypersensitivity and so on have certain relevance;3. Children with RRTI exist cellular immunity, humoral immunity and trace element disorder; IgG、IgA、CD3、CD4andCD4/CD8decline, trace element of Fe and Zn content are low.4. The recipe is definitely effective on RRTI children,especially in improving the primary, secondary symptoms(P&It;0.05). It can significantly improve the immune function in children Total clinic effective rate was97.5%.
