Aim:To retrospective observational study from the pathological point of view to explore the level and depth of the PPH surgical suture surgery and postoperative complications, to guide the clinical operations of the PPH surgery.Method:60patients was collected who underwent PPH for second or third degree haemorrhoids, in Dongzhimen HosPital, from2011.5to2011.8. The information collected includes circumcision pathological and the short and long term complications. Due to the height of the differences in the suture, all cases were grouped:one group contains the hemorrhoid body anal cushion tissue, the other group containing only the rectal mucosa. Then the two sets of complications:postoperative pain, blood in the stool, heavy feeling, urination, defecation frequency evaluation, anal sphincter function, rectal stricture, hemorrhoids prolapse were analyzed and compared. The same method, due to the difference of the suture depth all cases were divided into the muscle layer group and the without muscle group, two groups of complications were analyzed. Statistics spssl2.0completed All statistical tests were two-sided test, P<0.05as statistically significant. Results:The group A and group B, two sets of pain scores significantly. Recent surgery complications:One days after operation:blood in the stool, the evaluation of the number of bowel movements were significantly different. After2days:blood in the stool, evaluation of the number of bowel movements, heavy feeling, a significant difference. After3days:blood in the stool, heavy feeling, a significant difference.7days after surgery:heavy feeling, a significant difference.3month follow-up of group A and group B, seen three in group A and group B in the hemorrhoids prolapse (P<0.05), statistically significant. For group C and group D, recent surgery complications:postoperative day1:blood in the stool, heavy feeling in the frequency of defecation, evaluation indicators, there are statistically significant. After3days:heavy feeling in the evaluation of the number of bowel movements, a significant difference.7days after surgery:heavy feeling in a significant difference. Group D for short-term complications, control blood in the stool, heavy feeling in the number of bowel movements better. Followed up for3months:There were significant differences in the postoperative1,2months, anal pain.3months after surgery, the incidence of hemorrhoids prolapse group C lower than the D group. Conclusion:The prolapse heavier may be appropriate to reduce the consistent plane of the removal of the body of part of the hemorrhoid or anal cushions organization, at the same time,a higher incidence of patients with recent complications, but the better long-term effects. The PPH suture should bring a small amount of muscle tissue in order to achieve the suspension, a fixed effect, but not every person too much muscle, or postoperative complications heavy.
