Objective:In October2011to December,carry on the stroke inpatient’s inquisition research,analyze the factor of the influence inpatient’s satisfaction, put forward rationalization a suggestion for the manager of the hospital improvement the service quality.Methods:We carry on patient satisfaction questionnaires, Kano questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to the Stroke inpatient.Than we carry within the hospital service quality gap model analysis to the clinical health workers and hospital managers.Results:(1)The overall satisfaction of the stroke inpatients to hospital is73.5%. The satisfaction of the safeguard patient safety, maintain patients’ rights, medical technology and the attitude of the medical staff are higher than the overall satisfaction. The satisfaction of the medical expenses is40.3%, the lowest.(2)The inpatients’ sex, educational level, has affection the situation of the illness and hospital departments have notable influence on the overall satisfaction(p<0.05).(3) By Kano questionnaire surveying,we find there are7Must-be quality,7Attractive quality,19One-dimensional quality.(4)By gap model analysising,5medical service improvements require financial investment,7medical service improvements need to enhance the medical ethics education,13medical service improvements need to strengthen the management,8medical service improvements require investment in manpower, material and financial resources, management improvement.Conclusion:The results of this study has provided technical support to improve stroke patients hospitalized the quality of service strategy to improve stroke patients’ satisfaction, and enhance the competitiveness of the hospital.(1)Safeguard of patients’ rights is to improve patient satisfaction a top priority, we should treat inpatients differently.(2)We should keep the hospital’s competitive advantage such as the medical technology, the medical security and so on. At the same time we should take some measures on medical expenses,doctor-patient communication andservice processes.(3)We should e(?)ance the manpower in the newer hospital district departments,and improve the service environment and service processes in the older hospital district departments.
