| With the development of Internet medical care,the online health community has also grown rapidly.People can use the online health community for information exchange,knowledge sharing,medical counseling,and remote consultation on health care issues.This article focuses on user satisfaction in the online health community,using Kano,a model that specializes in demand priority,to identify the needs of users in different aspects of the online health community and the priority of user satisfaction,and analyze the satisfaction of users with different elements.The degree of influence will help online health community service providers in better understanding the needs of users,determining the objects of service improvement and the priority of providing services,improving the user experience of online health community,and making the satisfaction of different users to the optimal level.First,through user interviews and the existing literature review,25 Kano indicator elements are determined,on the basis of which the Kano questionnaire is designed and distributed to the target group.The Kano model analysis method was used to perform two-dimensional attribute classification and Better-Worse coefficient analysis on 25 index elements to determine the attribution of them.In the end,3One-dimensional Quality(O),9 Attractive Quality(A),3 Indifferent Quality(I)and10 Must-be Quality(M)were obtained.Then according to different usage purposes,a comparative analysis of the influencing factors of user satisfaction in the online health community was conducted.Based on the analysis results,it is proposed that the user's satisfaction can be improved and the online health community can be promoted from the following five aspects: adaptive functional services of the online health community,strengthening community information quality management,improving the quality of community doctor services,advancing community basic functional services and enhancing user privacy protection. |
