Objectstudying the patients’clinlical symptoms,mental state and characteristes of Five-pa ttern personality,who are diagnosed as insomnia from Qi deficiencies of the hea-rt and gall,to explore the basic of the personality of insomni-a,and to provide the valueble t heoretical guidance for comprehensive prevention and control,including psycholo-gical i ntervention and personality analysis.MethedRefering to Clinic Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnosis and Tre atment-Syndromes (China Press of Traditional Chinese Medicine,2008) and The ICD-10Classification of Mentaland Behavioural Disorders (People’s Medical Publishing H-ou se,1993),We choose58patients,in which everyone is investigated with Five-Pattern Per sonality,PQSI and Spiegel scale. Collect demographic data of all the patients,including gender,age,career,education and marriage status.All data are analyzed by software SPSS17.0with mean,T-text analysis,compared with the Chinese n-ormal group.Result1.Compare the score of Five-Pattern Personality of the patiens of insomnia from Qi deficiencies of the heart and gall with Chinese normal group, the score of in-somn ia group is higher in Tai-yin pattem obviously(P<0.05),is lower in Yin-yang-ping-he pa ttem obviously(P<0.05),The other three patterns have no big difference between patient s and Chinese nomal group.2.Refering to Spiegel scale, compare the score of Five-Pattern Personality of in-so mnia patients with different cli-nical symptoms With Chinese narmal group,we have th e same result in difficult-to-sleep group, dream group and lack-sense-of-sleep group.Ex cept easy-to-wakeup group with higher score in Shao-yin pattern.
