| Objective:On the foundational treatment of Fuzhengjiedu decoction,to observe the influence of clinical effects of buccal administrating Yanyancandy to treat the viral myocarditis(VMC) patients whoes symptome pattern is deficiencies of both QI and YIN with pyretic toxicity concealing in the body.Methods:45 eligible patients with pharynx disorder and 45 eligible patients without pharynx disorder were divided respectively and randomly into JIA group,YI group and BING group.Every group had 30 cases.JIA group was treated with conventional madical therapy.YI group was treated with Fuzhengjiedu decoction.BING group was treated with Fuzhengjiedu decoction and Yanyancandy.The clinical synthetical effect,changes of symptoms,dynamic ECG and function of the left ventricle before and after trimenon treatment were observed.Results: On the aspects of clinical synthetic curative effect,symptomatic curative effect and the curative effect of functionofleft ventricle,all the data indicated that BING group was obviously superior to YI group,and YI group was obviously superior to JIA group.There was no difference between JIA group and YI group but obvious difference between BING group and YI group about pharynx symptomatic curative effect.About proiosystolic curative effect,JIA group was not content,YI group was not obviously different with JIA group,but BING group had obvious difference with JIA group.Conclusion: Fuzhengjiedu decoction could effectively treat the viral myocarditis patients whoes symptome pattern is deficiencies of both QI and YIN with pyretic toxicity concealing in the body.When it was aided by buccal administrating Yanyancandy,the curative effects were further and obviously improved.The study indicated that Yanyancandy aiding Fuzhengjiedu decoction to treat pharynx and heart together was a good way to cure VMC.
