The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of PCI Postoperative Anxiety And Depression(Yin Deficiencies Of The Heart And Kidney) Using Bushenningxin Decoction

Objects: Comparing with Deanxit as Western treatment,we observe the respective scores in ameliorating HAMD and HAMA,improving living quality,and drugtaking safety when choosing Bushenningxin Decoction(BSNXD)as Chinese-Western treatment of PCI Postoperative anxiety and depression(yin deficiencies of the heart and kidney).Meanwhile,we summarize the theory and documented experience of treating PCI Postoperative anxiety and depression patients from Professor Yu Chengkai,from which we thence refine a better means of treatment to patients of the same,expanding the outlook of this employing BSNXD as treatment.Method: A total number of 70 PCI Postoperative anxiety and depression(yin deficiencies of the heart and kidney)patients were randomly separated into two groups with 35 each,namely control group and experiment group,where control group was treated with standard medicine and Deanxit,while experiment group was treated with standard medicine and additional BSNXD.Both treatment courses were four weeks.We then employ statistical analysis to the two groups of TCM symptom scores,Sort Form(36)Health Survey scores,and HAMA and HAMD scores.Result: The TCM symptom scores of both experiment group and control group were significantly ameliorated(P<0.01),and experiment group were scientifically greater than control group(P <0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups are significantly lower than before(P<0.01)and experiment group is better than control group(P<0.05).Sort Form(36)Health Survey scores of both groups are statistically better than before treatment(P<0.01)and no significant difference observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Using BSNXD as complimentary treatment to PCI Postoperative anxiety and depression(yin deficiencies of the heart and kidney)is better than using standard medicine alone.
