Retrospective Study Of 156 Cases Of Peptic Ulcer In Hospital Cases

Research purpose:Study the cases of patients with peptic ulcer that come from hospitalized patients of Guang An Men Hospital past10years.Investigate peptic ulcer distribution law of TCM syndrome. To verification tutor’s clinical experience’Xu Shi Bian Zheng’and ancient discourse’Shi Ze YangMing,Xu Ze Tai Ying’with statisticsResearch contents and methods:Clinical data in patients with basic information, including gender, age, smoking and alcohol, as well as the incidence season, HP infection, the onset of symptoms.SPSS17.0t test and chi-square test on the above information in order to identify the same and the difference or the law.Results:1:156cases of the general statistics for the analysis of peptic ulcer. There are113cases of DU, GU30cases and13cases of compound ulcers among them. Men and women overall ratio of2.4:1.2:Case the age distribution was normal distribution, and the distribution of male andfemale age difference was not statistically significant.3:The male cases are significantly more than women in the phenomenons of smoking and drinking.There are62non-smokers amd48smokers of male,43non-smokers and3smokers of female.There are80non-drinkers,30drinkers of male and46non-drinkers,0drinkers of female.4:HP positive rate was58.0%.5:The statistics of peptic ulcer pain were divided into four kinds:①The pain increase on an empty stomach and reduce after eating②The pain increase after eating③The pain increases on an empty stomach④the pain reduce after eating. The difference of the four kinds of pain patterns between the two types of peptic ulcer was not statistically significant.The difference of the symptom of ReXiang QixuXuexu and JinkuiYinxu between the two kinds of peptic ulcer was statistically significant. The difference of the symptom of NeiShi between the two kinds of peptic ulcer was not statistically significant, but they are different from the charts. The difference of other symptom between the two kinds of peptic ulcer was not statistically significant and they are not significant differences in the charts.Conclusion:1.The incidence of peptic ulcer male is higher than female.It’s could be with the men and women’s living habits such as drinking, smoking and so on,but not the gender itself 2. HP is questionable as the attack factor.3. DU and GU symptoms are different, which makes the corresponding tendency may also appear in the dialectical.
