Clinical Symptoms Research On Warm Stomach Ⅱ Improving Peptic Ulcer Of Insufficiency-cold In Spleen And Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Warm Stomach II on peptic ulcer of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach as well as the Chinese medical and clinical symptoms of subjects before and after treatment.Besides,to study the knowledge and clinical application value of Warm Stomach II therapy as well as evaluate its effect and safety.Methods:Adopting the clinical randomized controlled design plan,which were enrolled a total of 72 patients with peptic ulcer of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type,while they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine by“warm stomach Ⅱ prescription",while the control group was treated with the western medicine "Rabeila Nasal Enteric-coated Tablets",also the observation group and the control group were both given medication for two weeks.Then observe the change of the clinical pain symptoms and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom,the safety indicators of blood routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram,while carry out statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of"warm stomach Ⅱ prescription".Results:1.A total of 72 patients were enrolled in this study,while there were 36 patients in the observation group and the control group,respectively.Among them,68 patients had completed the clinical study,while the observation group had completed 34 cases and the control group had completed 34 cases,in addition,the rate of shedding was 5.56%.2.Clinical comprehensive effect:Ten patients with painful spleen stomach deficiency type peptic ulcer were cured in the observation group,while fifteen cases were markedly effective,five cases were effective and four cases were ineffective,so that the total effective rate was 83.63%;Six cases were cured in the control group,while seven cases were markedly effective,fourteen cases were effective and seven cases were ineffective,so that the total effective rate was 71.21%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Stomachache pain relief days:The observation group was 2.92 days;the control group was 4.40 days,while there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The stomachache disappearance days:The observation group was 8.76 days;the control group waso 11.16 days,while there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.Safety:There were no obvious abnormal changes in blood routine,liver and kidney function,second stool and electrocardiogram after treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Warm Stomach II on peptic ulcer of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach is better than western medicine treatment.And this traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment is able to improve clinical and TCM symptoms without any obvious poor reaction.It embraces the application prospect and is worth being advocated.
