Objective:Through the investigation of multiple risk factors in patients with stroke and retrospective study of the clinical characterization changes prior to the onset of the disease, In the statistical analysis of the risk factors at the same time clear elements of different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine:wind, fire, phlegm, deficiency and stasis on the incidence of strokes that corresponds to the former importance and characterization of clinical, In order to raise awareness of risk factors with sufficient control. Basic symptomatic elements rendered by condition changes and clinical presentation of warning to positive effect on stroke prevention.Object and Methods:About80cases of ischemic stroke patients, from May2010to February2012in brain diseases in our hospital, through the method of retrospective, to study the patients with acute stroke (within14days)on cross-sectional investigation. To record the basic information for the patient, before onset of clinical illness changes, past history, family history, as well as the time of admission blood biochemical, routine blood,blood-clotting, TCD and Carotid ultrasonography.though the method of frequency and system clustering analysis.of by10.0SPSS.Results:1. Non-disruptive factors of ischemic stroke:Stroke-prone age is50-70years old,50percent of total number of disease, Male/Female sex ratio is2.2:1.Weather changes caused25.49percent of the total number of onset of stroke. High season is mainly distributed in September, October, November, December and January.family history of early-onset cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease accounted for incidence of33.8percent and32.5percent.2. Lifestyle relationship and interference factors:Smokers accounted for52.5percent, Diet to meat-eating accounted for48.8percent, Drinkers account for47.5percent,the lifestyle of get a few moves account for42.5percent, Major incentive is tired, account for52.94percent.3、Three basal metabolic diseases:diabetes, high blood pressure and high blood fat in patients with stroke is82.5percent-48.7percent、37.5percent respectively. Proportion of poor control are:83.33percent,97.44percent,83.33percent. The abnormal of blood glucose is51.2percent.the average is7.14+2.467. The abnormal of uric acid is21.2percent, the average is333.476±98.547. The abnormal of Cholesterol is20percent, the average is4.71±1.001, The abnormal of Triglyceride is57.5percent, the average is1.96±1.044, The abnormal of High-density lipoprotein is32.5percent, the average is1.0781±0.271, The abnormal of Low-density lipoprotein is40percent, the average is2.81±0.855.The patient who has Carotid artery plaque account for77.5percent.4. In the stroke symptoms group, the high frequency of clinical presentationare irritability/restlessness/upset accout for49.3percent, fatigue/tiredness accoutfor38.8percent, Dry and bitter taste in the mouth account for37.3percent, Smelly dirty account for37.3percent, dizziness, lethargic account for37.2percent, Slow reaction account for35.8percent, blurring of vision account for34.3percent, wearily after eating accout for28.4%.5. To analyze the top15clinical characterization by system clustering analysis, The clinical presentation is divided into three classes, the most important clinical characterization is irritability/restlessness/restless kind, with mentor’s Clinical experience,it could be argued that the symptoms are common symptoms ofillness changes. Followed by are wind-phlegm syndrome (fatigue/tiredness, dizziness, murky, Slow reaction, wearily after eating, moments of dizziness, weakness), and wind and fire syndrome (dry and bitter taste in the mouth, Smelly dirty, Visual blurring, dryness in the eyes, frequent headaches, tinnitus, constipation).Conclusion:1.Ischemic stroke-prone age is50-70years, and men are inclined to be thanwomen, Non-interference factors such as climate, genetic are effects on stroke,Lifestyle relationship factors such as smoking, drinking, Diet to meat-eating and the lifestyle of get a few moves are in the larger the proportion of patientswith ischemic stroke, we should pay enough attention to Strength the basic diseases such as hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, diabetes control. in the study, the effect of triglycerides on ischemic stroke is more obvious.2.The most common clinical presentation is irritability/restlessness/upset and the main symptom of disease elements are wind-phlegm syndrome and wind fire syndrome...
