Cerasus humilis (Bge) Sok is a small dwarf shrubs, belong to Rosaceae,only growing in China.It is third-generation small fruit and a medicinal plant. The trial began in Changping District of Beijing, Shangyi of Hebei province and Zhaluteqi of Inner Mongolia. Self-bred germplasm’Jing Ou1’,’Jing Ou2’, Chi13, Chi22, Chi25, B7-1, T5-2, W25,12-3, Bl, Al,10-5, CH is the materials.Research on germplasm and origin influence nutrients, mineral elements, aroma, polyphenols and their antioxidant activity in fruit. For a more comprehensi-ve understand of the Cerasus humilis cultivars, and provide a scientific basis for breeding new varieties.1. Total soluble solids, total titratable, total soluble sugars, solid acid ratio, vitamin C, pH values were significant differences between the different varieties or germplasm in Cerasus fruit. The highest dry matter of T5-2is15.3%. W25is the highest total soluble solids of12.6%, Chi22, B7-1, T5-2followed. The Chi22is the highest total titratable acid1.79g·100g-1, total titratable acidity in’Jing Ou1’as low as Chi25is1.01g·100g-1. Bl content5.33g·100g-1total soluble sugar, T5-2as5.25g·100g-1. Al’s solid acid ratio is10.1,’Jing Ou1’, Chi25, B7-1, followed by. Chi13vitamin C is up to83.2mg.100g-1, Chi22is82.6mg·100g-1. Al is the lowest pH value of3.01,,10-5is3.8. Nutrient content of Cerasus which producd in Hebei Shangyi is higher than the Changping District of Beijing, and there is a significant difference.2. Mineral elements content are significant differences in different varieties. P content varied from137.3to317.9mg· kg-1, T5-2is the highest. S content range of16.8to73.9mg. k g"1, T5-2content is the highest. K content range of731.1~1456.3mg. kg-1, T5-2content is the highest. Ca content range of134.0to266.5mg· kg"1, CH is the highest. Ti content ranges from0.18to1.21mg· kg-1, the highest is’Jing Ou1’. Mn content range of0.78to1.64mg kg-1,B7-1content is the highest. Fe content varied from4.1to17.42mg· kg-1,the highest is ’Jing Ou1’. Ni content varied from0.033to0.082mg· kg"1,12-3content is the highest. Cu content range of0to0.72mg· kg-1, B7-1content is the highest. Zn content varied from1.07to2.42mg· kg-1, the highest is’Jing Ou1’. Rb content is in the range of1.18to2.43mg kg"1, T5-2content is the highest. Sr concentrations ranged from0.46to0.13mg· kg-1, CH is the highest.’Jing Ou2’produced in Hebei Shangyi, P, S, Ca, Ti, Ni, Zn, Fe, Mn content in the fruit is highest, content of K, Cu, Rb, Sr is the highest in the fruit produced Inner Mongolia Zhaluteqi.3.Germplasm and origin affect the type and content of volatile substances. Two varieties and11germplasm Cerasus humilis fruits were identified69kinds of aroma components, which can be divided into two acids,8hydrocarbons,14olefin compounds,10aldehydes ketones compounds,11alcohol compound and22esters.51components were identified from Cerasus humilis fruits which come from Beijing Fangshan, Hebei Shangyi,(S)-alpha-terpineol, cis-linalool oxide, Isoamyl butyrate, C12within ester,(E)-3-hexene-1-acetate,3-methyl-3-butenyl acetate is not detected in different germplasm Cerasus humilis fruit. Studies have shown that sorbitol esters, hexyl acetate, geranyl acetate, linalool, benzaldehyde is Cerasus humilis fruits characteristic aroma components.4.Germplasm and origin affect the content of polyphenols and antioxidant activity of Cerasus humilis fruits. In different germplasm’Jing Ou2’polyphenol content was up to1561mg·100g-1, the highest content of procyanidins972mg·100g-1, anthocyanin content was highest30.8mg·100g-1.’Jing Ou1’had the highest content of total flavonoids1552mg·100g-1and38.2mg·100g-1the highest content of flavonols. T5-2’s reducing power is the strongest up to36.6, T5-2Hydroxyl Radical Scavenging is the strongest of24.3%,’Jing Ou1’Clear DPPH· activity is the strongest of59.6%. Reducing power, Hydroxyl Radical Scavenging and clear the DPPH·’s activity of Cerasus humilis fruits which is from Hebei Shangyi’Jing Ou2’, Chi13, Chi22, were significantly higher than the same germplasm from Beijing Changping. Correlation analysis have shown that the polyphenol content had positive relationship between antioxidant activity, there is a mutual relationship between polyphenol.
