"Lily" belongs to the Liliaceae liliaceae lilius(Lilium)plant, known for its medicinal and food homologous effect, lily not only rich in nutrients but also good natural antioxidant, has high development and utilization value.Heilongjiang Province is rich in wild lily resources, but there is currently a lack of systematic research on wild lilies in Heilongjiang, which is not conducive to further development. Therefore,in this study,L.concolor var.pulchellum,L.pumilum,L.pensylvanicum and L.distichum were used as the research subjects, mineral elements, metabolic nutrients, polyphenols and antioxidant power in four vegetative organs(roots, bulbs, stems, leaves)were used as research objects. The development and utilization value of four lilies was evaluated by principal component analysis, aiming to compare the composition differences between different lilies, explore the utilization value of lilies in whole plants, and provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of different wild lilies. The results of the study showed that:The four wild lilies were rich in mineral elements, and each organ showed the highest K content and the lowest Pb content, but the distribution of mineral elements among different lilies showed different rules.Analysis of K/Na found that the K/Na of stems and leaves was higher, while that of bulbs and roots was lower, and that of the other four species of lilies, the K/Na was highest in all organs of L.pensylvanicum.There were great differences in the correlation of mineral content in various organs, and there were significant positive correlations between Pb-Mg,Pb-K,Fe-Ca,Fe-P and K-Mg(P <0.01)in bulbs. In the roots, there was a significant positive correlation between K-Mn and Zn-Mg(P <0.01).In stems, there was a significant positive correlation between P-K(P <0.01).In the leaves, there was a significant positive correlation between Mg-Pb and Fe-Na(P <0.01).The results of cluster analysis showed that according to the content of 10 mineral elements in the four wild lily bulbs, they could be roughly divided into two parts, one was the L.distichum and L.pumilum with more accumulation of Fe,Zn,Ca,P and Na,and the other was the L.pensylvanicum and L.concolor var.pulchellum with more accumulation of Mn,K,Mg,Cu and Pb.A total of 59 compounds were found in 4 wild lily metabolites, including 8 amino acids and their derivatives,12 organic acids,8 alcohols,12 sugars,1 fatty acid and 18 other metabolites.L.concolor var.pulchellum,L.pensylvanicum,L.pumilum,and L.distichum were detected with 20,18,27,and 51 compounds, respectively.PCA and PLS-DA analysis of four species of lilies showed that the contents of metabolites of four wild lilies were significantly different, and the metabolites between the four lilies were mainly D-glucose,caffeic acid, fatty acids,β-alanine and other metabolites. The results of differential metabolite metabolism pathway analysis showed that the TCA cycle pathway was the main differential metabolic pathway among the four wild lilies. The polyphenols and antioxidant capacity in four wild lilies were measured by spectrophotometer, and the results showed that the content and antioxidant capacity of polyphenols in different organs varied significantly between different species. The order of total phenolic content was L.distichum > L.pumilum > L.pensylvanicum > L.concolor var.pulchellum.The order of flavonoid and flavanol content from highest to lowest was L.pumilum > L.distichum > L.concolor var.pulchellum > L.pensylvanicum.The antioxidant capacity of the four species of lilies was L.pumilum > L.distichum > L.pensylvanicum > L.concolor var.pulchellum; The correlation analysis of polyphenols and antioxidant capacity showed that they have a strong correlation, the higher the content of polyphenols, the stronger the antioxidant capacity, but in different organs, the correlation relationship was different,in the roots and stems, polyphenols had a strong correlation with DPPH free radical scavenging ability, but in bulbs and leaves,it mainly showed that polyphenols had a strong correlation with ABTS free radical scavenging ability.Three indexes of mineral element content, metabolite content, polyphenol and antioxidant capacity were selected, and four wild lilies were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis, and the representative mineral elements of the four wild lilies were identified as Mn and Fe,amino acids and their derivatives and carbohydrates were the main components of metabolites, and the total phenolic content could be used as a representative of polyphenols and antioxidant capacity, and according to the results, the four wild lilies were comprehensively evaluated, and the results showed that whether from mineral elements,In terms of metabolites, polyphenols and antioxidants,L.pumilum is the highest, followed by L.distichum, according to which L.pumilum and L.distichum can be fully developed and utilized.
