Vehicle seat is one of the most important part in vehicle system,which is a bridgebetween vehicle body and human body.vehicle seat provide a favorable space for human todrive and handle the car.The demand for vehicle seat is high,it must have enough strength,stiffness and service life, which could ensure that the members can be maintain posture duringthe car accident,so that the other security constraint system can play a better role.Withoutthese function,vehicle also need provide a good comfort feeling to human,which can ease thefatigue during driving, but the comfort for vehicle seat is an indistinct and complex concept,Generally,the way for improve the comfortable of vehicle rear seat is adjust the body pressuredistribution,make the pressure more close to optimum human body pressure distribution.all ofthese research ignored a question that the rear seat in vehicle is fixed.In order to solve these problems,this paper collect and analysis the research achievementof OEM,Seat Supplier and another research institution,based on the definition andrequirement of Man-Machine Engineering,provide an adjustable rear seat design platform,andthe platform provide a package solution for these problem.the detail content as follow:Firstly,base on the provision about comfortable of human in Man-Machine Engineering.Analysis and find out the key factor for rear seat comfortable. Propose an adjustable rear seatdesign concept, Expand rear seat function,give the angle adjust ability to seat back. Thenguide the adjustable rear seat design platform to a existing seat and solve the matchingproblem.Secondly,base on the RAMSIS,analysis the comfortable of this seat,make sure thecomfortable of it can reach OEM requirement. Lastly,analysis the strength and strain of theseat,ensure that after optimize,the seat also can reach the safety requirement of OEM.
