The production plan is always an important one of the enterprises. Whereas, a large number of small shipyards, or some big ones, are not building effective production plans and controlling. It makes production plans loss feasibility and flexibility. The dates of plans lack the accuracy and the real-time.Ship repairing is the way of middle production as center. It is not the same as traditional ship engineering. So the background of the L ship yard design a system of production plans to run. The resources which the system need will be throughout the production of plans and actions. During the requirement, what we issued is the work flow and the problems at the production. What’s more, it introduced production plans on the NC system and the function implementation. And it gives us a description of main production plan resources algorithm. During the system design, it divided the role and the function. It selected the important part to the single ship plan to discuss. During the system implementation, it discussed the whole architecture.Via timely feedback of manufacture status and resources conditions, dynamical adjustment for the production planning is supported. The system helps to use the resource maximally and satisfy the production load. It also provides the function for data exchange and share between all planning related modules in ERP Systems, to make the work in all planning related departments timely and supplely.The result of this thesis provides a design and application model on ship repairing management system.
