| In the21st century, China’s economic construction is in a period of rapid growth.We are building a large number of key projects, the rapid advance of rural urbanization, the rapid development of the construction industry, add the rapid progress of science and technology, which have brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the building materials industry. In recent years, as the steady decline of our arable land, our awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation of building have continuously enhanced. Under the guidance of good policy, the ordinary solid clay bricks, which consume high energy and high resources, have been gradually limited and prohibited. Since the wall materials have been reformed, AAC blocks with its excellent thermal insulation performance, energy saving and environmental protection features occupy the dominant position in the building materials market. The economic benefits of the green wall materials is divided into direct benefits and the indirect benefits in the article, and at the same time, the energy savings and emission reductions are transformed into value. On the basis of the traditional technical and economic evaluation, the subject add two new index, which are Million yuan investment in energy efficiency and Million yuan investment in emission reduction capability. The author give a example of an annual output of300,000cubic meters of AAC block production project, in order to judge the financial viability of the project, the author make breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis. It concluded that the green wall materials are worthy of promotion, and at the end of the article, the author propose some suggestion just as economic means and administrative means to promote the developing of the green wall materials. |
