Rotary machinery is one kind of machinery that is used widely. Because of the quality defects and the undeserved maintenance, all kinds of fault of rotary machinery may be caused. Vibration is one main form of the fault. Vibration affects the stable operation of the machinery. It can even cause the failure of the machinery so that significant economic losses are caused and sometimes the safety of workers is threatened. The effective way of solving the problem is to do high precision balance to the rotor. Before, the static equilibrium method is almost the only method. However, it needs great workload and strong skill.At the same time, the efficiency is very low. For the rotary machinery working in the critical speed, in order to avoid the above shortcomings, people began using passive automatic balance device. The automatic ball balancer is one kind of them.At present, both international and domestic, the related research to the automatic ball balancer has only considered the balance effect of the ball to the vibration caused by eccentric quality. The inertial force caused by eccentric quality is base frequency stimulation. In fact, a lot of times frequency stimulations are also the main cause of the vibration. Therefore, the research to the dynamic characteristics of the automatic ball balancer under the action of times frequency-stimulation have very important significance. This paper studies the dynamic characteristic theory, simulation and experiment of the automatic ball balancer under the action of times frequency stimulation.The main research contents are as follows:1. The reasons and the vibration characteristics of times frequency stimulation are analyzed, and the dynamic analysis is also done. According to the existing experiment device, the mathematical model of the automatic ball balancer under the action of times frequency stimulation is deduced using Lagrange equation.2. Based on the Matlab software, the Parametric computer simulation is done by using Runge-Kutta algorithm, and the dynamic analysis is done.3. The corresponding experimental platform is designed and constructed, and the testing system of vibration signal is designed too. Through the experiment and simulation contrast, verify the dynamic characteristics of it.
