Rotating machinery is a key equipment which used widely in modern industry.Steam turbine,generator,gas turbine, compressor,fan and pump are core equipment for electric power, petrochemical, metallurgical industries.The normal performance of these devices has a direct effect on the social economy and production.Especially under the drive of modern science and technology, rotating speed continuously improve of rotating machinery, safety and reliability of rotating machinery has been put forward to meet this trend.While the vibration is important factors which always leads to rotary machinery fault diagnosis. One way to solve this problem is the application of automatic balance device to carry out on-line automatic balance. Automatic ball balancing device is a kind of on-line automatic balance.At present, the automatic ball balancer research are mainly for the ball to balance the dynamic characteristic of the initial eccentricity.While the majority of rotating machinery rotor physical state changes with the passage of time in the operation process,and the initial balance state of the rotor has been damaged.Therefore, the study of an automatic ball balancer online tracking balance characteristics is very important.Theory modeling, numerical simulation and experimental study of automatic ball balancer has been finished based on mutation of eccentricity and eccentricity under excitation of random dynamic.The main research contents are as follows: 1.Analysis of the mutations of eccentricity causes, harm and vibration characteristics,provide steady-state technique index of the automatic balance device when it comes to a balance.The mathematical model has been established based on Lagrange equation of the automatic ball balancer in mutation of eccentricity and eccentricity under the excitation of random2.Simulate and analysis dynamic characteristics of the automatic ball balancer based on MATLAB numerical simulation method, using Runge-Kutta algorithm under the action of mutant eccentricity and random eccentric quantity3.The corresponding experimental platform has been designed and constructed, at the same time signal acquisition and measurement system of vibration has been. established Through the results contrast of experiment and simulation,verify on-line tracking balance characteristics of an automatic ball balancer for mutation eccentricity...
