With the continuous development and improvement of the power monitoring field, the requirements for monitoring automation to reduce manual input is also more and more urgent, system functional requirements have become increasingly stringent. As an important part of the power system,the distribution of graphics drawing interface is also facing a series of challenges.This paper set acquisition monitoring system for the electricity sector as the background, described in detail in Microsoft VC++platform to develop a set of interface is more attractive for power applications, the development of ideas of the vector graphics system and detailed implementation process.Typical drawing tools which we are more familiar with comes with Windows systems drawing board procedures, but this procedure also has many deficiencies, the first is uneditable, followed bydistortion, zoom pixels to save graphics applications for certain occasions, on electricity distribution map of confidentiality, it can only be saved as BMP, JPG format images, which lots of pictures editor can read therefore it can’t meet the needs of not confidential functions. These are fatal flaws for power applications, however, vector graphics technology based on object-oriented technology to achieve the above functions has brought an opportunity to use this technology to the successful completion of the above requirements.Following are detailed description of:1. The VC++program developed by a number of technical points, including some brief Visual C++platform Features and MFC application framework.Made a more detailed description for this article critical to important Windows coordinates of the image the way and the concept of the window and viewport.2.
