Research On China's Urban Planning Management

With the rapid development of our city urbanization, giant city as an important city form in China keep emerging. With the development of our country’s market economy and the citizens’legal consciousness continues to strengthen, it is required to increase the city construction level. As a city planning management to guide city construction, it becomes increasingly important. In this paper, planning management theories are compiled, and combined with successful examples of domestic and international big city planning management. And Tianjin city planning and management is used as the actual pattern of discourse analysis to guide the reforming direction of Tianjin city planning and management, and hopefully it can be utilized to direct China’s other major city planning and construction. This thesis consists of six sections.-The first part is introduction, mainly including the topic, the purpose and significance of research, innovation, research objects and contents, research methods and framework, and the present situation at home and abroad, giant city planning management problem research.The second chapter summarizes the concept and theory of city planning, city planning and management concept, China’s city planning management historical evolution, and current city planning management system, bedding the detailed discussion below.The third and fouth chapter are the main parts of the paper, summed up the respective planning management mode and management content of the United States, Singapore, Hongkong, and Guangzhou. The advanced planning management experiences from the above developed countries and regions were studied. At the same time, these two chapters summarized the planning management and legal basis, making approval, approval of practice mode in Tianjin city.The fifth chapter is the analytic part where the successful experiences were summarizes on the basis of the typical case of the study on Tianjin, City Planning Bureau of planning and management of the practice effect to carry on the analysis.The sixth chapter is a conclusion to propose the Tianjin city planning management direction and thought, in order to improve Tianjin city planning and management as a reference.The purpose of this paper is to study China’s other major city’s planning management method and to propose the directions and provide some advice as a reference, making this study more practically significant.
