| As an important form of mechanical drive, gear transmission system has widely used inevery field, such as petroleum, chemical, ship and automobile, gear transmission is directlyrelated to the transfer efficiency and reliability. But with the development of thetransmission system to high speed, overlap and lightweight, research on the strength andvibration noise of gear transmission system has become the main task of this field.By conventional method, we can accomplish the design of ordinary reducer. But withthe development of the transmission system to high speed, overlap and lightweight direction,system’s strength, vibration noise and size, structure all can impact reducer’s work statusand efficiency. The strength of housing, shaft and gear can impact the reducer’s lifetime,their structure can directly affect the whole reducer’s dynamic performance. So how todevelop a well-targeted reducer optimization software, which can execute the finite elementanalysis to reducer’s components, become engineer’s research objective.This paper deeply analyzes the current research of gear transmission system at homeand abroad, discusses the application of CAD/CAE technology on gear transmission system,through the analysis gets the future develop trend of CAD/CAE technology in theapplication of gear transmission. With universal gear box as research object, introducesbasic structure form and type of gear box in detail, and briefly introduces the structure of thekey components, such as the gear, shaft and cabinet. From the failure mode of keycomponents, discusses the fault type and the failure’s cause of reducer. According toattention of the gear transmission system vibration voice recently, analyzes the producemechanism of vibration voice in detail.Aiming at importing the3D model which can produce loss of data in the finite elementsoftware, this paper realizes the parametric modeling and finite element analysis.Formulates the mathematical model of gear in detail, base on the model, establishes theparametric model of reducer’s key components with APDL, which is ANSYS seconddevelopment language, and by using VC++development tool, compiles the ANSYS andVC++communication interface program, realizing the background call of ANSYS,packages the APDL program which are3D model of key components, stress and strainanalysis, and model analysis in the background, to get the model and finite element analysisparameterized. The developed system uses database technology to administrate and preserve the resulting files of data processing and datum, this system can reduce the weaken degreeof executing efficiency, and gives an application example at the end of file, the results ofanalysis keep good consistency with the failure analysis chapter.This system has a good man-machine interface, operation is easy and convenient,especially applies to the model modification again and again of gear box in the design stage,and checking analysis, to guide the design to the maximum optimization, makes engineerliberating from complex finite element modeling and work, greatly improve thedevelopment efficiency of product, also indirectly brings the time guarantee to quicklycapture market for the company. |
