| The three-ring gear reducer (TRGR), invented by a Chinese engineer in 1985, is a novel type of planetary transmission device with few tooth difference, which has numerous advantages over traditional reducers, such as large transmission ratio, high loading capacity, compact volume, low manufacturing cost and wide adaptability etc, and it has been widely used in many fields. When bears enough loading, actual contact tooth number will exceed theoretic contact tooth number, which makes the loading capacity of the gears increased dramatically. The phenomenon of increased loading capacity caused by several contact teeth is called the Multi-Tooth Meshing Effect. So, it is of great importance to study Multi-Tooth Meshing Effect of three-ring gear reducer to disclose the essence of high loading capacity of three-ring gear reducer, increase loading capacity, minimize design parameters and reduce manufacturing cost.In addition, three-ring gear transmission is an over-constrained mechanism and its loading state is quite complicated. The deformation of each part, especial its gear-coupler that acts as a connection-rod of the parallelogram and meshes with the external gear of the output shaft, has great affect to the characteristics of mechanics of three-ring gear reducer. But until now, the research on the three-ring gear reducer is not deep and knowledge about its characteristics of movement and dynamics is not explicit, this is because that many hypothesis, some are not rational, have been introduced in the research, and the study adopting different hypothesis has a different results.Aimed to the two deficiencies of three-ring gear transmission, the dissertation will analyze these two aspects. The first, according to the finite element model of gear pair of three-ring gear reducer, the dissertation is aimed to analyze the Multi-Tooth Meshing Effect of three-ring gear reducer using finite element method, and the number of teeth contacted simultaneously, their load distribution characteristics and the Von Mises stress change are gained. The second, in this dissertation, considering the elastic behavior of all components of the complete appliance of three-ring gear reducer, the finite element model of three-ring gear reducer is build, and the static of the complete appliance of three-ring gear reducer is... |
