Heterocyclic compounds has been gradually becoming a research hotspot inrecent years, many heterocyclic compounds are provided with very importantbiological activity.Because2-thiazolidinone and its derivatives have very excellentbiological activities such as antibacterial,antitumor,antiinflammatory,anticonvulsant,antiHIV,they have been taken seriously by scientists. Pharmaceuticals and pesticideswhich include thiazole structures have been commercialized or have beencommercializing. There are broad prospects by compositing thiazole derivatives.2-Thiazolidinone has been synthesized by hydrogen peroxide.152-thiazolidinonederivatives were obtained including13new. They have been fully defined by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMRand MS. The primary contents are as follows:1. Describing the research progresses by scientists which include the synthesis ofthiazole compounds, biological activities and application in recently decades,especially thiazolidinone derivatives that has been synthesized and biological activitiesof the compounds which have been described.Because of the excellent biologicalactivities of thiazolidinone derivatives, it is of significant value on the synthesis of thecompounds.2. Synthesized2-thiazolidinone which is one of the significant of pesticideintermediate fosthiazate. According to the picture of IR and1H-NMR,the structure ofthe compound was defined.11N-alkyl-2-thiazolidinone derivatives have beensuccessfully synthesized by reaction with various haloalkane and include11new. Inthis experiment, we taked2-thiazolidinone as raw material by using sodium hydroxideas catalyst and using methanol as solvent. They have been fully defined by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS. Looking forward to this series of compounds with goodbiological activity and playing a role in areas such as pharmaceuticals and pesticides.3. It has been synthesized32-thiazolidinone derivatives by acylation.They havebeen fully characterized by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS.The analysis andcomparison of two methods that the reaction with acetic anhydride or the reaction with acetyl chloride.4. It has been synthesized N-acetylethoxy-2-thiazolidinone by using2-thiazolidinone as raw material by using potassium carbonate as catalyst and usingDMF as solvent.Its structure was characterized by IR,1H-NMR and13C-NMR.Wehave optimized the reaction conditions by testing several condition, such as reactiontemperature, different amounts of raw material, and reaction solvent, etc.5.It has been obtained N-ethyl-2-thiazolidinethione and S-ethyl-2-thiazolidine-thione.The yield which has been verified by Gaussian03were affected by thetemperature。...
