Studies On The Synthesis Of Thiadiazole, Thiazolidinone, Acylhydrazone Derivatives

With the development of drugs, Many scientists have always been paying attention to the 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1',3',4'-thiadiazine heterocyclic compounds because they are viewed as a class of derivatives including important biological activities such as antibacterial, antitumor, anticancer, pesticide, enzyme inhibition. For the 4-thiazolidone derivatives also play an important role in antimicrobial, anticonvulsion, anticancer, anti-HIV, anti-inflammatory, antipyretie, antitumor. the 4-thiazolidone derivatives are important pharmaceutical intermediates. Moreover, acylhydrazone derivatives have an extensive application in the field of medicine and agricultural chemistry because of their important physiological activities, including antimicrobial activities, anticonvulsion, anticancer, anti-HIV, anti-inflammaatory, herbicidal, insecticidal, regulation of plant growth activities.Ultrasonic radiation has been developed rapidly and applyed broadly in the fields of organic synthesis for its advantage of simple operation, higher yield, shorter reaction time.It is investigated that 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1',3',4'-thiadiazine, thiazolidone, acylhydrazone derivatives were indentified as biological derivatives. a series of novel compounds of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1',3',4'-thiadiazine, thiazolidone, acylhydrazone were designed and synthesised. The structures of all target compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.This thesis consists of two major parts:The first part is about literature review. The progress in application and synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1',3',4'-thiadiazine, thiazolidone, acylhydrazone derivatives have been reviewed. the application of Ultrasonic radiation synthesis in organic synthesis have been systematic introduced.The second part is about experimental content. It introduces the major work: 1. A series of 1,4-bis-[3-alkyl/aryl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazine-6-butanes were obtanted from hexanoice diacid.2. A series of 2-substituted-3-substituted arly-4-thiazolidones were synthesized from substituted aryloxyacetic acid and ethyl chloroacetate, and their optimal synthesis conditions were studied under Ultrasonic radiation.3. A series of acylaldehyde-diphenyl-droxyacetylhydrazones were obtainted from diphenylglycollic acid and acylaldehyde, their optimal reaction conditions were studied under solvent free.
