Tianjin Urban Construction Evaluation Index System Of Ecological Community

In recent years, how to guide community planning, construction, management and maintenance of the entire process to meet the needs of protecting the ecological environment with ecological theory has become the focus of attention.The ecological communities of Tianjin’s town do not have a standard evaluation index system at present.the establishment of a standard evaluation system is particularly important on the trend of today’s ecological city construction.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process and combine with status of urban development of Tianjin, and builds up an Ecological Community of Evaluating Indicator System of Tianjin’s town. Using the Shuangqiaohe Town, Beizhakou Town and Chadian Town as an example for the analysis of indicators, so it can take some suggestions for the construction of ecological community of Tianjin’s town by building the evaluation index system of the three towns.The study of this paper is divided into six Chapters:the first chapter analysis the research background, purpose, meaning and content of the ecological community;The second chapter summarizes the theory of ecological community, analysis the current situation of ecological community at home and abroad and problems in the development process; The third chapter focuses on the ecological communities of Tianjin’s town;The Chapters IV is the core of this thesis, introduces some ecological Community of evaluating indicator system and the principle of building an evaluating indicator system. According to the development of Tianjin’s town actual situation, this paper summarizes the evaluation indicator system of ecological communities which is consist with Tianjin’s actual situation. The evaluating indicator system is consisted of the eco-residential area, eco-agricultural area and eco-industrial areas. It can be classified as level indicators and two indicators and propose specific requirements. Whether a town can be assessed for the ecological community to make judgments based on the evaluating indicator system. The fifth chapter introduces Shuangqiaohe Town, Beizhakou Town, and Chadian Town as empirical study which can be built and introduced the ecological Community of evaluation index system after the analysing of the status of the town. According to the indicators of the ecological community, it can make some suggestions for the construction of the town; The sixth chapter focuses on the suggestion of how to build the ecological community of Tianjin’s town.Ecological community is becoming a standard for people to choose their residence.How to evaluate the current level of community ecology is an important topic.This paper focuses on the town of Tianjin,and the research plays an important complementary role on the richness of the evaluation index system of urban ecological communities.This paper can provides an evaluation criteria for the Tianjin’s town ecological community.
