| This is a translation project report on Public Interest Litigation in Asia (ChapterSeven). Guided by the Functional Equivalence Theory and based on the analysis ofthe project, the report mainly summarizes the difficulties, translation strategies andmethods, as well as lessons and unsolved problems. It consists of four parts. The firstpart gives a brief introduction to the project, including its background, significanceand structure while the second describes the original text covering the editors, theversion and text features. Then the third part makes an overview of translationdifficulties, Functional Equivalence Theory, translation strategies and methods.Finally, the report concludes inspiration and lessons drawn from the project and someunsolved problems. |
