Analysis Of Factors Influencing The Formation And Development Of Cultural Industry Cluster

Although the development of the cultural industry is at the primary moment, therapid development of the economy, the cultural industry of China develops very quicklywith this background. But we must be conscious that this development is at the primarymoment. One of the prominent characteristics is that the level of our cultural clusters isvery low. Nowadays， some scholars are discussing problems of cultural industrialclusters from theoretical aspect in our country. Many country and districts also putforward to using the concept of industrial clusters to instruct the progress of cultural.Industry cluster is the unique form of industrial organization into the development of thecultural industry will be better able to highlight the strong economic and marketprospects of the cultural industry, there is an important role for the promotion of theeconomic development of the whole region.The research about influencing factors of cultural industrial clusters is one of thefields in cultural clusters. This study starts with the theory both home and abroad. Itcombs and defines the theory of cultural industrial clusters. This study aims to explore anumber of factors which mainly impact the cultural industry cluster and the correlationsof the factors according to the method of literature interview，questionnaire and relatingthe model with demonstration. Then the author proposes the suggestions of culturalindustry cluster.The main results are as follows:1.This paper firstly described the theory of industrial clusters and culturalindustrial clusters. Then systematically define and card the related content about thecultural industry clusters.2.The paper made the model of the factors firstly with the relevant theories，andextracts factors that aspect the cultural industry formation. Then the paper conducteda survey to the cultural industry. Finally， the author concluded six main factors:geographic conditions，government policies，innovative environment，human terms，socioeconomic and cultural industry cluster cooperate.3.This paper put forward the hypothesis and verify the assumption by empiricalstudy，and made effect diagram of the formation of the cultural industry cluster for thesix factors.4.The paper analyzed the development of cultural industry cluster from the sixmain factors. Then proposed some policy recommendations to the development of regional cultural industry cluster.
