College students are the main force to revitalize of our country. Their adaptation to the new environment and to their future development, These are the important contents of people to concerns. There used to be a lot of research on College Students’ adaptation, influence factors. But how to improve the college students’ adaptation ability or level of training activities and so on is still insufficient. According to previous literature, this study uses experimental group pretest-posttest design, field experimental intervention (psychological education mode of college students), ability to adapt to the level of improvement (promotion) to research the status of.This research chooses a college120freshman as the object of study, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of60people. The experimental group mental quality outward bound intervention activities for a period of10weeks,1times a week, every90minutes. We use the " Chinese college students’ Adaptability Scale " in the experimental group and the control group the adaptation level investigation, data statistics was conducted by SPSS18.0, the main methods of t test, analysis of covariance.Results of the study are as follows:1. Compared with the national norm, and overall situation of higher vocational freshmen adaptive capacity higher than the norm, There many aspects of Higher vocational students’ ability of adaptation are in good status.2.There is a significant gender difference in higher vocational college freshman adaptation. In general, boys’ adaptation is better than girls’. The rural students’ interpersonal adaptation, learning adaptability are significantly lower than the city students Higher vocational not only child’s interpersonal adaptability was better in the only child.3.Mental quality outward bound has significant effect on higher vocational freshmen adaptability. There are obvious difference on training effects the girl’s training effect was better than male ones4. Mental quality outward bound can promote higher vocational freshman students’ self evaluation. The students’self cognition can become more objective and practical. |
