| OB is short for Outward-Bound Training,also known as psychological behavior training,which is a convention method applied to Education of Psychological Health in Middle and Primary Schools.This study aims to help high social anxiety individuals to relieve anxiety,learn some social skills,build correct cognitive and behavioral patterns through the OB training,This research is divided into two:the first research mainly through questionnaires to investigate social anxiety current conditions of secondary vocational school students,the second research wants to screen the high degree of social anxiety students through questionnaires as participants,and then divide them into two groups in random,one group take OB training and the other isn’t.After research,the conclusions are as follows:At present,there is a widespread phenomenon of social anxiety in the secondary vocational school students,and the degree of social anxiety is slightly high.The secondary vocational school students’ social anxiety is closely related to gender and student cadre,girls are higher than boys and other students are higher than student cadres.But there is no significant difference in grade,the only child or not and parental rearing patterns.After the OB training,the social anxiety level of intervention group is dramatically decreased.It is proved that OB training is effective to intervene social anxiety of secondary vocational school students. |
