Objective of research:1.Describe the mental health status of the current young civil servantsin Hebei Province.2.In order to analysis the related factors of the young civil servants inHebei province,this research compared gender, age, education, length ofservice.3.Presented some countermeasures about mental health adjustment tothe young civil servants in Hebei province.Object and Method:1.In accordance with the different levels, gender, age, education, lengthof service with stratified random sampling from Hebei ProvincialDepartment, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Handan, Baoding, Langfang,Qinhuangdao, Chengde, Hengshui, Cangzhou ten, Zhangjiakou CityMunicipal Department, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Handan, Hengshui fourcity county (city) area under the office of the streets, county and township,young civil servants as the object of research.The civil servants isextracted mainly from Hebei Province, city, county, countryside Partycommittee, government of National People’s Congress of four, and otherdepartments, were selected from600civil servants as the investigationobject,560questionnaires were received, the questionnaire recovery rate is93.33%, effective questionnaire539, the efficiency of96.25%.2.This research take the Basic information questionnaire, SCL90(SCL90), Eysenck personality questionnaire.3.Data entry and statistical analysis: all the survey data using EXCELentry analysis, using SPSS18.0statistical software package for statisticalanalysis.Using statistical methods included descriptive statistics analysis,t test, correlation analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance.Result:1. Mental health status of the young civil servants’ in HebeiProvince.The youth in Hebei province government functionary SCL90scalescores and domestic norm are found to compare, the youth in Hebeiprovince government functionary in somatization, psychiatric, sleep threearea slightly higher than the national norm, compulsion, hostility and twodomestic norm flat, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety terror,paranoia, five lower than the National norm.2. This research found few subjective symptoms of severe. Selfconscious in moderate to heavy degree between proportion ofrespondents: somatization2.4.%, forced3.7%, interpersonalsensitivity2%, depression2%, anxiety0.6%, hostile terrorist3.3%,paranoia1.9%, psychotic0.9.%, sleep2.4%.3.Different levels of the unit scores were identified by comparing the municipal units of young civil servants in somatization, interpersonalsensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, sleep of sevensymptoms that provincial and county-level units;4.Different levels of analysis of the data revealed, clerk and branch isthe level of mental health problem is the most serious, deputy director ofthe lightest level.5. According to different degree of data analysis shows, high schooltechnical secondary school degree in somatization, compulsion,depression, fear the four highest average score; college degree in hostility,paranoia two symptom scores were the highest; Bachelor degree ininterpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, psychotic symptoms, sleep four highestscore.6.According to different gender comparison results show, in additionto phobia symptoms two flat, the remaining nine male performance allsymptoms than females, and somatization, obsessive symptoms scoredtwo higher than the national norm. Description of the male civil servantsunder psychological pressure is higher than the female civil servants.7. Different age group, compared the results showed that20-29agegroup forced, terror, hostile, psychotic four items of the most severesymptoms; group40-49in somatization, interpersonal sensitivity,depression, paranoid symptoms, sleep five highest level.8.According to the different working years according to the results, work years1-9years group interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, terror,paranoia four highest scores, but lower than the national norm; forced,hostile, psychotic symptoms, sleep four highest scores, and more thandomestic norm level.In40-49years old group somatization symptoms aremost obviously, their average scores were more than the national norm.9. The impact of the youth in Hebei province civil servant mentalhealth related factors: First,the social and cultural factors. Including thedevelopment and progress of society of civil servants put forward higherrequirements,. The reform of civil servant system and the transformationof the government functions on civil servants’ mental influence and thenegative influence of traditional culture. Second, the characteristic ofoccupation related factors. Including the occupation characteristicsdetermine the work pressure, rising channel stenosis as well. Thecomplexities of interpersonal relations. Third, the civil servantsthemselves factors including the civil service ability and knowledgestructure of the impact and influence of life stress. Fourth, the lack of theknowledge of psychological health and self adjustment means. Includingpersonal lack in the knowledge of mental health, the relevant departmentsof the civil servants’ mental health problems do not pay enough attentionto.10.Through the analysis of the influence of the youth in Hebei provincecivil servant mental health related factors, it puts forward the following suggestions:First, the individual level: to understand and grasp the knowledge ofpsychological health, to strengthen the self psychological adjustmentability; correct understanding of psychology, psychological problems andpsychological treatment; cultivate good emotion, attitude adjustment;improving interpersonal skills, improve interpersonal relationship;correctly deal with psychological pressure. Second, the unit level:recommendations of the civil servant recruitment examination in mentalhealth test content; the establishment of mental consulting organization,site, psychological treatment, crisis intervention; sports activities, raisethe level of health. Third, the social dimension: strengthen the correctguidance of public opinion, promoting positive values, attitude, andcreate a healthy atmosphere; civil servants and ordinary people. In fluidcommunication channel, bridge, so that they understand each other,forgive each other.
