Brief Analysis About The Features Of"Zheng Dan" In Opera "Xi Shi" And Performance Experience

The opera "Xi Shi", which was originally producted by the China National Grand Theater, was premiered in October2009."Zheng Dan" was tailored for soprano voice part. As an opera and concert singer, I’m pursuing a master’s degree in art. Under the guidance and help of professor Dilber, I was honored to attend the whole staged process of "Xi Shi", which is a ingenious opera, and exchanged and learned a lot of from the team and other artists in the opera and benefited a lot. In this paper, I will try to analyse the features of "Zheng Dan" in "Xi Shi", and briefly discuss what I have learned in rehersal and performing this role.
