On Campus-Type Operation Model Of GL Print Base

With the rising per capita income, the community’s spiritual and cultural needs have also increased. On the occasion of vigorously promoting cultural industries in the national development strategy, Bao’an District, the district government and the GL neighborhood build a national original print base. But there are some problems during the development process, they have to strength the operation model to achieve sustainable development. That is why we write this paper.First, we analyze organizational management theories, industrial cluster theories and the new administration theories and construct the theory base.Second, the current situation and problems are analyzed. The problems include the pint base’s unable to sustain itself, the base’s blur positioning, at the bottom of Industry chain and the lack of knowledge property right and evaluation system.Third, the paper compare eight different operation models and analyze concretely about their meaning, strengths and weakness, adaption conditions and successful examples from in and abroad.Forth, the paper put up with a planning and organization of GL print base’s operation model. Particularly, the planning include strategy goal and positioning, while organization part deal with infrastructure system, management system, rules and regulations, supporting system.Finally, the paper describes the four steps of enforcing the operation model, which refers to settle and plan, built systematic, attract investment and extension.
