It because that tourism has the value of economic, aesthetic and ethical. Along with the development of tourism, people and nature, people and people and visitors physical and mental problems have gradually come out. The study of tourism ethics has emerged as the times require. Tourism ethics is essential to study the interests and morality in.the tourism activities. While tourists are the special roles in the tourism activities, tourists are the main role of the tourist activities, tourism motivation and the core of tourism ethics. Tourism activities involved relations mainly about:the relationship of commercial exchange between the tourists and travel agents,the relationship of service and be serviced between tourist and guide,the relationship of enjoy and be appreciated between tourist and scenic areas.The relationship of commercial exchange between the tourists and travel agents shows that the exchangement at equal value and choice their own, high-quality service and fair prices. Travel agencies had understood the basic legal obligations,at the same time, the high level of moral responsibility is missing more. Such as, the false propaganda on the tourism product,concealing to the tourist information deliberately;price competition for competing customers; the obligations to remind of tourists are missed, acquiesce in the hindden danger.This is due to the travel agency drivered on the interests,and the impact of credit management on businessis small and tourism products are invisible, heterogeneity and irreversibility. Tourists travel agency should be manage sincerely, information transparency, the angents meet their own economic interests,at the same time,they also must take care of the interests of tourists, good work for the prevention and treatment of accident.The relationship of service and be serviced between tourist and guide shows that the services and be serviced, coordination and cooperation, conflict and coordination. At the same time, tourists have to improve their emotion of disrespect and conflict alert to the tour guide, understand and cooperate with the tour guide’s work, formed a friendly partnership finaly.The relationship of enjoy and be appreciated between tourist and scenic areas. Shows that enjoy and be appreciated, influence and be affected, resource sharing.Scenic area is a tourist destination, is the object of appreciation and visiting, to provide the necessary infrastructure and related services for visitors. And scenic spots as a business enterprise relax the moral request for the chasing the interests and catching the disposable transaction of the tourism products. Ignoring the investment and construction for safety facilities.so that.tourism safety assidents happen frequently.the pursuit of high prices of tourist souvenirs, overlook the tourism product quality and characteristics of the management, the loss of commemorative significance; cater to a minority taste, with amusements, corrosion of tourists psychological civilization. Visible, tourism increased safety facilities investment and guard work, improve the souvenirs of the cultural connotation, strict quality and price and necessity of souvenirs. In addition, as everyone can enjoy the scenic resources, any visitor can not exclusive. Scenic area as the passive side, has the experience, the space can not be transferred and the production and sales of inseparability, tourists coming to scenic environment and culture will exert a great influence on. The influx of tourists to the scenic area community itself and the bearing capacity of the environment caused some impact, coupled with the tourism team allopatric, temporary and ring, more likely to cause of visitor moral weakening and no sense of responsibility, think area environment has nothing to do with you, even the destruction of plant, animal and historical relics, influence of interference, the life of local residents, produce demonstrative effect.
