Yang xiong is a famous writer and thinker in the late Western Han dynasty. However,there is a great difference on the evaluation of Yang xiong.Why the same person, the samebook, there were so many Evaluation of different? It is worthy of our deep thinking. Afterthe Eastern Han, Yang Xiong’s position at elevated, and to the extreme in the NorthernSong Dynasty. But since Zhu xi,Yang xiong’s status declined sharply. However, at presentthere is only few research books are not from the perspective of Confucian orthodoxy ofYang xiong.We believe that fa yan is worthy of in-depth research, especially from theConfucian orthodoxy sense of fa yan.
