As the Generation of Post-Jin Dynasty,Hao Jing worked for the Meng-Yuan.He went abroad as an ambassador to Southern Sung Dynasty ,and he didn't change his life ambition when he was detained over a long period.His decision of be an officer or a hermiti as represent among the generation Scholars .Hao Jing's choice was agreed with the Confucianism Scholars' standard during the period of Sung-Yuan. Hao Jing made unremitting effort to realize the Confucianism cultural ideals in the world.The preface part of the thesis,as a preparation of the whole dissertation. discussed about background, method and scholarly achievements of study,and made a brief introduction to Hao Jing.The article is consisted by three sections. The first section introduced the Hao Jing's Confucian orthodoxy and political decision.First, the thesis analyzed the articles of Hao Jing, and thought his Confucian orthodoxy approached to the original meaning of original Dao,which is written by Han Yu.Hao Jing considered that those who deserved Confucianism cultural ideals well , had made a great contribution to Confucianism orthodoxy.Deeply influenced by Confucian orthodoxy, Hao Jing advocated scholars should have conduct and actions. He didn't approve the way of doing that the Scholars conduct themselves virtuously.The second section mainly analyzed Theories of Legitimacy of Hao Jing and his actions. We draw a conclusion that Hao Jing's principle of activity lie "Orthodoxy Confucianism" is higher than"Political orthodoxy".One called Yuan Haowen made the concept of"China" expand into the great consciousness "China". Facing today's situation, Hao Jing broke traditional Chinese Confucian and insisted on the assertion"Chinese dao excise , Chinese leaders" of the orthodox tradition. From the Confucianism position of "pay close attention to the world ", Hao Jing cooperated with Mongolian regime, and influence the Mongolian regime's direction of developing with practical action. After analyzing Hao Jing's action and thought, we thought Hao Jing emphasized the scholars as the bearers for"Dao", in a situation that " Confucian orthodoxy " is inconsistent with " Political orthodoxy", the scholar has the responsibility to assist a ruler in governing a country to promote "Orthodoxy".His final goal and motive was to take actions to reconstruct "Confucian orthodoxy".The third section summarized the Hao Jing's academic characteristic by analyzing his academic origin, inspecting his making friends and academic exchanges with other scholar. Be retained by the academic characteristics of Confucianism in Jin Dynasty, his academic advocates are closer to the Han and Tang Confucian characteristics. We draw a conclusion that Hao Jing pursued so-called Confucian orthodoxy reconstruction is the Confucianism culture ideal revival. Hao Jing's actions lies in the reconstruction of Confucian orthodoxy as the intrinsic logic. He attempted to build an ideal society based on Confucianist culture ideal society.In the conclusion section of the thesis, we summarized Hao Jing's ideas and practical actions. We thought that Hao Jing, as a scholar of the Generation of Post-Jin Dynasty, his choice is the embodiment of Confucian thought upon intellectuals his choice in the special period. It is also a representative choice for the traditional Confucian scholars when they choose their career.
