| Happiness is always at all times and in all countries scholars long-term concern, for the well-being of research on the structure model of many but not clarity, but also difficult to form system. This paper is based on Maslow s theory of hierarchy of needs, integrated each school of thought on the structure of happiness, present happiness is a process of the individual from low to high levels need to constantly be satisfied generated by a complex psychological experience, or the sate of being. And randomly selected710students as the object of study, design a happiness questionnaire of52questions, using four Rating Scale score, on the well-being of the internal structure of a preliminary exploration, put forward happiness structure factor distribution is a level, and discuss the relationship between the well-being and mental health, found:1The happiness is a multi-dimensional, multi-level, integrated system, which is composed of diet, sleep, worry-free full family harmony, social value, money can be both, the love is happy, group home, noble morality and self realization ten factor and composition including low levels need to meet, to meet the needs of high administrative levels in, hierarchy of needs to meet the three modules, three integration structure model of data of the fitting index reaches a desired level.2This study examined the internal consistency of the questionnaire factor(.875), the factor and the total questionnaire correlation coefficient, and content validity, construct validity and criterion-related validity (.678). The results shows that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.3,Study finds the structure factor of happiness is the presence of stratification. The group of high level needed to meet shows more positive emotion (.582>.468), fewer negative emotions (.326<405) than the hierarchical level group, The hierarchical group shows more positive emotion (.468>.359), less negative emotion (.405<.474.) than the low level group. their effect on happiness is from low to high rank.4The result shows happiness and mental health have good consistency, have high correlation coefficient (.572).
