To further implement the scientific development concept, deepen cultural restructuring to accelerate the development of cultural industries in Quanzhou, the implementation of the strategy of development of cultural industries, the key is to vigorously develop the cultural industry personnel resources, and comprehensively improve the quality of the cultural industry personnel and the capability of independent innovation.This article first elaborated on the status of Quanzhou cultural industry personnel support system, uneven distribution of the total cultural industry personnel for Quanzhou talent prominent structural contradictions, lack of awareness of the talent, the practice of cultural industry talent training is not in place and other issues cause analysisproposed policies and measures of the reconstruction of of Quanzhou cultural industry professionals support system. Through the establishment of a sound personnel policies and regulations, human resources investment, the introduction of qualified personnel, personnel education and training, personnel evaluation, personnel incentives, personnel income distribution and human resources to optimize the allocation system and other sub-system, and ultimately achieve to attract talent and retain qualified personnel with good talent.
