Research On The Coordination Development Of Culture Industry And The Building Of Law System In Inner Mongolia

Culture industry is one of the rising industries around the whole world. National Eleventh Five-Year Plan takes it as an important move for adjusting the economic structure. In China, from the central to the local governments, we put out a series of policy and measure to encourage the development of culture industry. So culture industry can develop effectively. Ruling the country in accordance with the law is a basic state policy of China. Speeding up the development of culture industry according to the law plays an important role for ruling the country in accordance with the law and is the groundwork to enhance the development of culture and culture industry. Consequently, it is the objective requirement of culture industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, most people are Mongolian, so we can say we have the nature-endowed advantage in culture, profound prairie civilization, horseback culture, green culture. The development of national culture industry is very important for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. That cannot be neglected. The coordinating development of culture industry and the building of legal system are the driving power for the development of culture industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.This dissertation discusses the coordinating development of culture industry and the building of legal system from the aspect of the economically and scientifically development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. And this dissertation elaborates the policy, the supporting condition, the problem and the related law about culture industry. By analyzing the defective points of the active law and the problem of the implementation, there are some advice should be pay more attention to for completing the building of legal system which is related to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region culture industry.This dissertation is composed of four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction which elaborates the domestic and foreign researching status and significance of culture and culture industry.The second chapter explains the definition and the connection of culture undertakings and culture industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The main points of this chapter are the differences of culture, culture industry, national culture and national culture industry, the character of culture industry and national culture industry, the relation between culture undertakings and culture industry. The history, the active status and the problem of national characteristics industry and culture industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the necessity of developing culture industry were expanded in this chapter as well.The third chapter analyzes the status of national culture industry, then introduces the survey and the necessity of national culture industry in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.The main theme of the fourth chapter is about the coordinated developing between national culture industry and the building of legal system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, such as the general situation of culture and the building of legal system in culture industry, the analysis of active legal system of culture industry, the general requirements of the building of legal system in culture industry, the problem of the building of legal system which is related to culture industry.
