Research On Policy Supporting System Of Cultural Creative Industry In Hubei Province

Under the development of economic globalization and the accelerated process ofurbanization and information technology, cultural and creative industry has nowbecome the most promising industry and the pillar industry of many countries andregions. Being one of the six provinces in central china, Hubei has a solid historicalfoundation and resource superiority in the striving of cultural and creative industry.And this is the reason why Hubei province should make full use of its ownadvantages; seize the historical opportunity to develop cultural and creative industries,and to improve the competitiveness of the economy to achieve the strategictransformation of the economy.In this thesis, the author comprehensively analyses on the current state and thepolicy support system of cultural and creative industry domestic and overseas, and onthe basis of which, the substances of innovation and soft power are presented, alongwith some basic features and characters of the industry. The author also states itsbasic theory, explores the process in policy-making, analyses the policy structure andclears the role and statues of policy support in industry development. Other than these,the thesis presents the current situation of Hubei’s policy support, the problems in theprocess and policy, and specific suggestions on how to improve the productivity.
