A literary works sublimates to the experiences of aesthetic psychological or emotional in reality people’s life, it depends the content and structure of the text itself, author intention and artistic techniques that basic conditions, but it depends to the readers’ reading response function is more important. In Iser’s reader reaction criticism theory, the importance of readers mainly displays in they can take the text structure as a foundation, realize the ultimate value of the works. As a reader, he is an experiencer who represents a certain life and art. In the reading process, readers will make the meaning and connotation of the text sublimate and perfect.With Iser’s reader reaction criticism theory view, this article is using a method of examples, comparison, combining, Through expounding the status of the Solitude Ostalgie of "One Hundred Years of Solitude" in the reader reaction,then explore the meaning of the novel’s Solitude Ostalgie in real life and aesthetic. According to Iser’s theory, what the readers of "One Hundred Years of Solitude" face, is the text space which has multiple imagery. They actively participate in reading response, with the response function from their reading ability and ways of thinking, then vividly promote the meaning reproduction of "One Hundred Years of Solitude", and make various "solitude image" hidden in this classic novel text fully get construction and sublimation, take the significance and our life experiences, life philosophy, aesthetics experiences combined, and finally expand the Solitude Ostalgie, a human spiritual phenomenon and existence, to the recognization and comprehension of the human society, national and historical development, create a certain enlightenment.
