For the past several years, with the development of economy, China has got an improved status in the international rank. Thus, Chinese, as the only official language of China, has attracted more attention from people around the world. Among all the oversea students who come to China to learn Chinese, students from South Korea is a group to be reckoned with, in both the number and their learning characteristics.This paper, based on the Learning Style Theory, adopts the questionnaire and statistic methods to analyze the general tendency of the students’learning style and the differences in learning styles among students with different gender, age and learning period, therefore this paper provides suggestions for teachers and later-on researchers who are involving in teaching practice. And all the studies above are based on the questionnaire survey done among the oversea students from South Korea in Wuhan.This paper consists of four parts. The first part is an introduction of the paper which gives an expatiation about the title reason, and the brief content, the aim and the significance of the study. Besides, the domestic and foreign research actualities and the theoretical basis are also expounded in this part. The second part, the essential part of the paper, the process of the questionnaire survey is described in detail, including the respondents, the method and the implementations. The third part analyzes the data about the general tendency of the students’learning style and the differences in learning styles among students with different gender, age and learning period. According to the analysis, a relatively scientific conclusion is stated in the end of this part. In the last part, considering the findings of the survey, the achieves of the predecessors, and the experience of Guo Shanshan(the author of the paper), the study puts forward some suggestions on Chinese teaching for Koreans, including aspects ranging from in-class and after-class instructions, teachers’image to teaching materials and so on., intending to contribute to MTCSOL.
