Because Korean and Chinese are two different types of language, South Korea international students make lots of grammatical errors in the process of learning Chinese.Based on research findings in relevant areas, this paper tries to analyze the Zai+Location structure errors made by Korean students using cross-sectional research methods. Zai+Location structure errors made by Korean learners in their compositions are extracted from the Beijing Language and Culture University HSK monitor corpus of compositions. The errors are described and classified according to different sentence patterns. Based on the analysis of the differences between Chinese and Korean, the causes and regularities of Zai+Location structure errors are concluded. This paper tries to present the characteristics of the Zai+Location structure errors made by Korean learners and hopes to help make the Chinese language teaching to high level Korean learners more specific. The Zai+Location structure introducing location is a widely used structure in modern Chinese. Its order in the sentence and the ellipsis and implicit of the word "zai" has always attracted the attention of many scholars in the field of modern Chinese grammar study. While teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages, The Zai+Location structure has always been one of the difficulties and it is always the hot topic in Chinese teaching and research in China and overseas. Based on research findings in relevant areas, Basic ideas of this research are to describe and classify the Zai+Location errors extracted from the HSK monitor corpus of compositions by combining contrastive analysis with error analysis. Based on the previous study, the dissertation classifies the various functions and meanings of Zai+Location into six Patterns according to different syntactic positions and meanings, and by comparing Zai+Location sentences in native Chinese language with Zai+Location sentences in Korean translation, tries to forecast the error of each pattern and hopes to help make the Chinese language teaching to high level Korean learners more effective.Based on the previous Contrastive analysis, the Zai+Location errors extracted from the HSK monitor corpus of compositions are described and classified according to six sentence patterns and4errors groups, such as omission, addition, substitution and disordering, which is the general method of errors classification. And then this paper makes a more comprehensive summary and synthesis of the Zai+Location errors of Korean learners, and put forward some preliminary teaching strategies for the Chinese grammar teaching to Korean learners. The interlanguage error analysis of this paper based on contrastive analysis between Chinese and Korean could make deep and detailed analysis of errors made by learners who speak a specific languages.Based on related research results, the target of teaching Chinese as a second language will be more specific, the teaching materials for different countries will be designed better and the effectiveness of classroom teaching will be improved as well. This paper shows that the negative language transfer caused by the differences between Chinese and Korean has great influence on the the Zai+Location errors in advanced stage. Therefore, while teaching Chinese language to Koreans, the inter-language contrast such as Chinese and Korean vocabulary, grammar etc. shouldn’t be ignored.
